Introduced in 2003 to fit larger lenses of the new high-level Coolpix line, provides approx. 183° (COOLPIX 5700) / 190° (COOLPIX 5400) view angle and screws on a 46mm filter size of makers and later 3rd party adapters. It provides a 0.2X multiplication factor on the lens. Quality was high but suffered from weaker borders and it’s a monster of a lens with close to 600g weight.
