Produced from 1975 to 1977, tis is the first iteration, aesthetics do match MC-X line. Fixed focus fisheye lens, apertures from /4 to /22.

It’s named to be a fantastic, ultra-sharp circular fisheye, one of the sharpest ever built.

The MD subsequent versions are very similar, with improved coating and new aesthetics other than the new functionalities of MD mount.
